Where are your products made?

All assembly and shipping takes place at our factory in the state of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. We hand manufacture our products from order processing and deliver anywhere in the United States.

What is the production lead time?

The production time for the equipment starts from the processing of the order and varies according to its position in our production schedule, and according to the quantity of equipment in the order. We guarantee that orders will be produced and shipped within 60 days.

What if the equipment arrives damaged or in need of repair?

We pack the equipment very well to avoid any problems, however if the equipment is damaged in transport we will exchange the damaged items and ask for your understanding to wait for a new production deadline.

What materials do you use for your products?

We use certified solid wood, which guarantees quality and durability to the equipment; Springs in carbon steel and nickel-plated, manufactured with a high level of resistance and anti-corrosive protection; Agglomerated polyurethane foam and high-resistance and anti-fungus waterproof courvin; Stainless steel 304 polished in structures, 100% stainless steel (2.0mm thick), allowing different levels of strength and flexibility.

What are the equipment warranties?

We give 2 years warranty on structures and 6 months on upholstery, springs, handles and other small parts.
